The first task of the day was to get Lawrence’s hair cut, and that involved quite a walk.
We met up with Phillip Bowman for lunch at the Sydney University of Technology boatclub. It was a lovely setting. The folded umbrellas by the side of where I was sitting reminded me of the Easter Island statues, hence the strange image below.
Phillip had to rush off so we had a very long walk home following the water’s edge.
We rewarded ourselves with cake and coffee in Darling Street, then spent a lovely evening with Phillip and his family at their home.
