It was a relatively short drive from Martinborough to the capital city of Wellington. The sun was still shining today, but there was a strong wind brewing. So, we walked to the Peak Tram to take a look over the city and returned the same way. We eventually found a shop selling music CDs and bought several to use in the car as radio reception was far too erratic. We could have visited the museum, but felt we’d seen enough of those, so went in search of a cinema! Just like yesterday, we watched a film (Suffragettes) in the presence of just two other cinema goers. It was a lovely small cinema with double seats and cushions! Then we had a very long walk back to the hotel.
