This was a very large temple complex hiding behind a tall brick wall, so I managed to get a few photos through the bars in the gate.
While I was a bit restricted for taking photos, I wanted to include this in the collection of photos for Alor Setar to show the variety of religious temples in this city. I do not have any photos of a classical Chinese temple, but I do have photos of a Thai Buddhist temple, which serves as a present day reminder of the previous close ties betwwen Kedah and Thailand.
