The Malaysian Police have a motto “Police & Society are not seperated”, and indeed they frequently get involved in what we might think of as community service. You might recognise the police woman here from a previous report (Community service in the time of the floods). This is ACP Rupiah binti Abd Wahid, Officer in Charge of northern Johor Bahru district, at the police station in Skudai. Here she is receiving freshly prepared meals from Christine, and together they delivered these to residents of PPRT Taman Impian Emas and Pusat Jagaan Orang Tua Jireh, Taman Universiti.
